Return Policy of DIESEL PARTS CENTRE LTD

DIESEL PARTS CENTRE LTD gladly accepts unused and/or defective parts for return under the following guidelines

Please use the following procedure for all parts return:

  1. Contact a representative from DIESEL PARTS CENTRE LTD and obtain a parts return good authorization number
  2. Package the product for shipment and ship to the address listed below
  3. Always obtain a tracking number for product returns. No claims for loss will be considered without a tracking number
  4. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. DPC does not reimburse freight charges.

EFFECTIVE 09/09/09 – WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS OF PRODUCTS WITHOUT A PROPERLY DOCUMENTED “RETURN OF GOODS” AUTHORIZATION. IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM AND DO NOT INCLUDE THE PROPER PAPERWORK, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY CREDIT.

In order to submit a pump for warranty repairs, please do the following:
1. Package unit in oil resistant packaging. (i.e. zip lock bag) Item should be double bagged to insure oil does not escape from the package. Packages that have oil residue will not be delivered UPS or the postal service and will cause a delay in your shipment.
2. Use plenty of packing material. Newspaper works best for this. Pack
tightly around old core.
3. Fill out this form and include in packaging.
4. Please write on the box “WARRANTY RETURN”

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

DIESEL PARTS CENTRE LTD., hereafter mentioned as DPC, issues the
following warranty on all DPC products. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product only, unless approved of in writing by DPC.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of 6 MONTHS from the original purchase date. The obligation of DPC under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit. Repair or replacement of the unit shall be at the sole discretion of DPC.

The defective unit must be returned within 30 days of the failure date to be considered for warranty.

Any product that is not installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines is not covered under any warranty by DPC.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. All obligations or liabilities of DPC are expressly disclaimed, including claims for R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other cost.

Our product is intended to be installed by the purchaser of DPC product. Any damage or defect caused by a third party installer is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser of the product. In addition, DPC is not responsible for any R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost
relative to third party installers of our product.

DPC assumes no liability or responsibility for pump failure that are the result of the use of fuels and/or additives not approved by the original manufacturer of the engine and/or vehicle.

This warranty does not apply to any part or unit that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than DPC. Nor, to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or damage from foreign material such as water or dirt. This warranty will only be honored at the facilities of DPC.
